The service received was absolutely amazing. They were compassionate and allowed us rescue rates for 2 cats in need of treatment, surgery and boarding. The staff took the utmost care of these cats and treated them with such dedication as if they were our pets. We were updated daily on their status and the staff raised any concerns to ensure their well-being. It was wonderful to see a vet who isn’t money hungry but rather their prime focus is animal care, including strays. This is so rare nowadays and we are definitely going to be using them for our dog from now on. We are truly grateful for everything you have done to help us, from reception to nurses and Doctors. I don’t even know how to write what I feel. I was in Toronto and my 14 year old cat got sick. No one was willing to take her to the vet except Shammi &Animal Specialist clinic.
But yesterday they floored us again when we took our 15 month old baby boy for neutering. They made us feel so relaxed. Kept in touch via phone to let us know how Niku is doing and THATS NOT ALL. My constant messages to the clinic and Shammi (as I was freaking out) got a swift reply with lots of comforting words for us.
